Jackson Purchase Medical Associates formed in 1992 and now represents six medical groups all sharing the same mission and the same desire to provide high quality medical care. Jackson Purchase Medical Associates consists of the Internal Medicine Group, RediCare, Western Kentucky Kidney Specialists, Paducah Endocrinology, Paducah Family Medicine and the Ballard County Medical Clinic. Ballard County Medical Clinic is a walk in clinic that was developed as a cooperative effort between Ballard County, the City of Barlow, Diagnostic Imaging Consultants of Paducah and Jackson Purchase Medical Associates and is located in Barlow, KY. The Ballard County Medical Center opened May 1, 2008 at the medical clinic where the late Charlene Robinson, MD provided services. This medical center will provide much needed services to the medically underserved Ballard county region. The BCMC provides both adult and pediatric medical services by Paula Melton, RN, MSN, ARNP-BC. Paula, a native of Ballard County is an experienced and highly qualified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who can treat everyone in the family. Four Rivers Clinical Research, Inc. is a nationally respected, dedicated clinical research center located in Paducah, Kentucky. The center participates in multi-centered, national, and international research studies that evaluate investigational medications and treatments for a variety of illnesses. Our location provides area residents with access to the latest investigational treatments and allows area physicians more healthcare options for their patients. Internal Medicine Group is a 9 physician practice dedicated to delivering the highest quality medical care for our patients. We are located at the Lourdes Medical Pavilion Suite 201. Our facility officers full service on site laboratory and diagnostics. Paducah Endocrinology is a single physician practice dedicated to the treatment of diabetes and metabolic disorders. We are located in the Lourdes Medical Pavilion Suite 206 and offer full service laboratory with efficient access to full service diagnostics. Our office offers immediate access to on site diabetes training, education and nutrition counseling. Paducah Family Medicine is a 3 physician family practice dedicated to providing state of the art healthcare to the whole family. We are located in the Lourdes Medical Pavilion Suite 302. Our facility is a totally electronic office which offers full service laboratory with efficient access to full service diagnostics. Paducah Rheumatology is a single physician practice dedicated to the treatment of arthritis and connective tissue diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lupus, scleroderma, gout, vasculitis, and other inflammatory disorders. Many exciting new therapies are available for autoimmune diseases! We are located in the Lourdes Medical Pavilion Suite 206. We offer on-site infusions, lab and diagnostic services, as well as joint injections. RediCare is a physician led walk in center that is open when others are closed. Our after hours clinic provides for efficient same day service to anyone. We are located at the Lourdes Medical Pavilion Suite 101.
