Brenda Dycus joined JPMA in 2011 as Director of Patient Financial Services. Ms. Dycus is responsible for overseeing the insurance and self pay billing and collections.

Before joining JPMA, Ms. Dycus worked for 15 years as the Billing and Collections Supervisor for Lourdes Medical Pavilion which operates an ambulatory surgery center and outpatient diagnostic center.

Ms. Dycus brings with her 27 years of experience with billing and collections.
