Lisa Gilbert joined Jackson Purchase Medical Associates in August 1992 as a staff nurse and worked in that capacity for six years. In 1998, she accepted the position of Director of Nursing serving the offices of Internal Medicine Group and RediCare. With the Organization expanding and the advancement of technology in the medical field, JPMA implemented an Electronic Health Record. Ms. Gilbert advanced to the position of Director of Training and Education and utilized her nursing skills and knowledge to train the physicians and staff creating more efficient quality care. She has developed many educational courses for our staff and provides ongoing training and education to all new employees and physicians who join our Organization. Ms. Gilbert is also the Director of RediCare and Western Kentucky Kidney Specialists and oversees clinic operations to assure that exceptional care is being provided to our patients. Ms. Gilbert is a graduate of the Western Kentucky Technical College Licensed Practical Nurse program. Prior to joining JPMA, she worked at Western Baptist Hospital as a staff nurse and offers our Organization 22 years of nursing experience. She is a member of the Kentucky Management Group Medical Association and Purchase Area Medical Group Management Association. |
