Brent Ibata, PhD, JD, MPH has over a decade of clinical research experience. Dr. Ibata holds certifications in clinical research, regulatory affairs with a health law certificate from the nation's top health law program at Saint Louis University's School of Law. Dr. Ibata has been a member of the Exam Committee for the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) since 2004 and the Audit Committee for the American College of Surgeons Oncology Group (ACOSOG) since 2003. Prior to joining Four Rivers Clinical Research, Dr. Ibata spent over 8 years coordinating Neurosurgical trials at Saint Louis University's School of Medicine where he was a member of the University's Institutional Review Board. Dr. Ibata received earned his PhD, JD and MPH from Saint Louis University. Dr. Ibata received his B.S. (with honors) from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1996 with minors in Chemistry and Physiology. Dr. Ibata's undergraduate honor's thesis was published in Biology of Reproduction and was related to a possible mechanism of HIV transmission. More recently, Dr. Ibata published a book titled "Public Health Law and the Built Environment in American Public Schools." |
