Jenna Pilant joined Jackson Purchase Medical Associates in 2008 and serves as Director of Human Resources. Ms. Pilant is responsible for JPMA's employee benefit plans, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal system, recruitment and retention of employees, and all other human resource functions. Before joining JPMA, Ms. Pilant worked for 12 years as the Human Resource Director for Lourdes Medical Pavilion which operates an ambulatory surgery center and outpatient diagnostic imaging center. Ms. Pilant was responsible for the development of the human resource department of that organization. Ms. Pilant obtained a BS degree in Office Management from David Lipscomb University and an MA degree in Business Education from Murray State University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. |
