Shelley Shumaker joined JPMA in November of 2007 as Director of Patient Financial Services. Shelley was brought to the team to simplify, streamline, and structure the centralized business office which includes the Patient Services Department, Payment Posting, Insurance Follow-Up, Data Entry, Hospital Charge Entry, and Secondary Claim Processing. Prior to joining JPMA, Shelley oversaw claims entry for RM Walsh & Associates in Scranton PA, was EA of Corporate Provider Relations Department for ValueOptions, Inc located in Norfolk VA, Director of Client Relations for a medical billing company and Director of Operations for Revenue Solutions both in Paducah KY. Shelley is a product of Purdue University with a major in marriage and family therapy and a minor in business management. |
